The Velveteen Dream Will Get One More Chance To Become NXT Champion At TAKEOVER: IN YOUR HOUSE

The Velveteen Dream came up short during his first NXT Championship match against Adam Cole, but His Purple Highness (yes, that's his nickname) will get one final shot at the title at TakeOver: In Your House

The Velveteen Dream will get another shot at winning the NXT Championship when he faces Adam Cole at NXT TakeOver: In Your House, but if he loses the match, he'll never get another opportunity at the title!

Dream came up short when he took on Cole with the gold on the line a few weeks back, but that was mainly due to outside interference from The Undisputed ERA and Dexter Lumis, who inadvertently took out the referee when Dream had his opponent pinned for what would certainly been a three-count.

More recently, His Purple Highness (that's his new nickname... just go with it) landed a Purple Rainmaker elbow drop on Cole during a melee involving all of the above parties, and last night, an irate Panama City Playboy demanded to speak with GM William Regal.

Cole eventually relented to give Dream another chance, but only under the condition that he would never get another if he were to be unsuccessful.

Will The Velveteen Dream finally become NXT Champion, or will it be "Dream Over" for the popular Superstar? We'll find out a week from Sunday at TakeOver: In Your House.
