WWE totally isn't threatened by All Elite Wrestling...right? Well, according to Dave Meltzer in the latest Wrestling Observer Newsletter, WWE is now meeting with FOX Sports about getting NXT on television. It currently airs every Wednesday on the WWE Network and is a big reason why many fans subscribe to the service.

It's highly unlikely that NXT will air on FOX like SmackDown Live but it will more than likely wind up on a channel like Fox Sports 1 which would increase its viewership dramatically.

WWE is clearly doing this to hurt AEW's weekly show on TNT and, honestly, it's a pretty pathetic move when they're reportedly not at all bothered or concerned about the "pissant" company. This could turn NXT into a two-hour show and may hurt the WWE Network's subscriber numbers in the long run.

The question is, will it hurt AEW?
