Last week, it appeared that TJP and Fallah Bahh were building up for another chance to fight the reigning Impact World Tag Team Champions The North. The intriguing pair scored the pinfall victory in a wild four-way tag team match, and set their sights against Josh Alexander and Ethan Page after both men were screwed over by the cunning Tag Team Champions.
Unfortunately, the former X-Division Champion and Bahh took a step back on last night’s Rebellion special, as the duo wanted to prove that their win last week was not a fluke. Minus Reno Scum, The Rascalz (Zachary Wentz and Dezmond Xavier) and Team XXXL (Larry D and Acey Romero) had the opportunity to rebound from last week, and Wentz and Xavier managed to overcome the odds stacked against them.
Of course, this was a wild spotfest amongst the three teams that ultimately saw Xavier nail Larry D with a Spiral Tap and covered him for the three count. The Rascalz are no strangers to fighting the Impact World Tag Team Champions; however, both men have continuously come up short against Page and Alexander.
Could a third time be the charm for the duo should they challenge for the Impact World Tag Team titles?
