It was revealed on Monday that former WCW and WWE Champion Golberg is going to be inducted into the 2018 WWE Hall of Fame. It was news most of us saw coming but that makes it no less exciting and it's definitely fitting that he's the one headlining this year's class given the wrestler's storied career.
So, who will induct him? Well, according to Dave Meltzer in the latest issue of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, the current plan is for Paul Heyman to induct Goldberg into the WWE Hall of Fame.
That makes sense for a lot of reasons and there's no one better than Heyman to put Goldberg over in a big way. While the former Universal Champion could have chosen any one of his WCW or WWE opponents, Heyman is by far the best choice and should provide a very entertaining speech this April.
