YOU CANNOT KILL DAVID ARQUETTE Trailer Charts The Former WCW Champion's Return To The Ring

David Arquette winning the WCW Championship back in 2000 was considered one of the biggest travesties of the pro-wrestling business for quite some time after. It may not seem like such a big deal in an era of teleporting, dick flips and invisible tag teams, but for a few years there the Scream actor really was looked at as "the most hated man in wrestling."

Now, the first trailer for a documentary Arquette shot after making the decision to return to the ring has been released, and this looks like a must watch for anyone who remembers the shitstorm that resulted from him winning the title back in the day.

Arquette was determined to win back a little self-respect from the wrestling community, and based on some of the stuff he puts his body through here, it's safe to assume he did just that.

Check out the trailer for You Cannot Kill David Arquette below.

Branded as the most hated man in wrestling after winning a highly controversial WCW World Heavyweight Championship in 2000, actor David Arquette attempts a rocky return to the sport that stalled his promising Hollywood career. Dangerously determined to redeem his reputation and reclaim his self-respect, Arquette will stop at nothing to earn his place in professional wrestling.

The documentary will be released in drive-in theaters on August 21 and available on VOD on August 28.
