Here's How Much Chris Jericho Earned From His Appearance At The GREATEST ROYAL RUMBLE PPV

When Chris Jericho was recently asked about the possibility of working the Crown Jewel PPV, he made it clear that he had no interest in the event (presumably after the murder of that Washington Post journalist). However, while Y2J may be making a killing on the Indy scene right now, he may regret saying no, especially now we know what he earned for the Greatest Royal Rumble event.

According to Dave Meltzer, Jericho scored a massive $100,000 for his brief appearance at the show, something he hinted at earlier this year when he was asked about his involvement at the show.

"It was a long trip for a short period of time," he said. "I think I was in the Rumble match for four minutes or something like that. I know they must have been paid a whole lot of money, just by proxy of what I was paid. I was like ‘oh my gosh, really, you’re going to pay me that to do this? How much are you guys making?’" You can see why so many Superstars didn't drop out!

After all, it was only John Cena and Daniel Bryan who refused to compete at Crown Jewel and the former doesn't need the money, while the latter isn't materialistic anyway. What do you guys
think?
