Another major title change took place, as Jay Lethal and Jonathan Gresham finally won the ROH World Tag Team Championships.

Going in, this feud was personal for The Briscoes, as the 10-time Tag Team champions were betrayed by the former ROH World Champion Jay Lethal. Gresham and Lethal made it clear that they were no longer playing by the rules and planned on doing things their way from now on.

The match-up was a fight between the two teams, with Mark & Jay almost getting the win on several occasions, such as Jay connecting with the Jay Driller (double armer piledriver) onto Lethal. In the end, Lethal rolled Jay into a pin and held the tights, which ultimately got him the three count.

As a unit, this is the first time that Jay Lethal and Jonathan Gresham have won the ROH World Tag Team titles. Lethal & Gresham’s future challengers were teased as well, as PJ Black was down on commentary scouting the match.
