Adam Brooks will finally make his in-ring debut for Ring of Honor, as the promotion confirmed that the 29-year-old will have his first match against another ROH newcomer, Slex.
In early February, the company announced that the international star had signed an exclusive contract. Brooks has competed in promotions such as PROGRESS, Revolution Pro, Defiant Wrestling, Melbourne City Wrestling and OTT Wrestling.
Both Slex and Brooks are no strangers to one another, as both men fiercely battled for the Melbourne City Wrestling Intercommonwealth title in 2018. Brooks has the momentum over the Australian star, as he recently won the MCW Heavyweight Championship from Slex in a triple threat match.
Now, the rivals will fight once again at the 18th Anniversary show in Las Vegas on March 13. Will Brooks be successful in his ROH debut? We’ll find out at the pay-per-view that also features Dragon Lee defending the ROH World Television Championship and Jay Lethal & Jonathan Gresham putting their ROH World Tag Team titles on the line.
