Ken Shamrock has officially gone over to the dark side.

Last night, Eddie Edwards came out to get to the bottom of who attacked him backstage on last week’s episode of Impact Wrestling. Naturally, The former Impact World Champion put the blame on Eric Young; however, Sami Callihan abruptly interrupted Edwards’ promo by teleporting onto the stage.

Edwards then shifted the blame to his long-time rival, but Sami Callihan denied any wrongdoing on his end. After a bit of back-and-forth between the former world champions, Sami pressed a button and Ken Shamrock appeared and blindsided Edwards. Shamrock then put in the angle lock on the veteran as Callihan happily looked on.

This was the first appearance of the 56-year-old since his tag team title match against The North at Slammiversary. It’s been rumored for months now that Ken Shamrock vs. Eddie Edwards would take place at Bound For Glory. It’s not exactly clear on the role Sami Callihan will play at BFG; however, this new alliance with Shamrock certainly freshens up his act a bit.
