The situation between Killer Kross and Impact Wrestling remains problematic for both parties involved.

Kross’ deal with the promotion is reportedly up in December; however, Impact has the option to roll it over should they choose to do so.

The former Lucha Underground star hasn’t been seen on Impact television since Slammiversary where he lost to Eddie Edwards in a first blood match. The issues between Impact and Killer Kross have escalated since the big summer pay-per-view and the Impact star speaks on the Kevin Gill Show about how frustrating this whole ordeal has been for him (transcript courtesy of fightful.com):

"This has been one of the most frustrating situations I've ever been apart of in my life because I'm very anti-drama and very private. The professional wrestling business is very dramatic," Kross told Kevin Gill on the Kevin Gill Show. "They love to air dirty laundry. I have been attempting to do my best to facilitate the situation as civilly and privately as possible despite whatever the [frick] anybody thinks. Here's the thing, there are things that are escalating across the boards where, now, everyone's shit is going to be out there, and it actually has nothing to do with me. I've been doing my best to facilitate a scenario where everyone goes their separate ways on common grounds. I'm just looking to get on with my life."

Rumor has it that Impact has blocked Kross from working the Madison Square Garden show this Saturday, and the Impact star vents his anger over not being able to perform at the AAA show in New York:

"In regards to the [AAA] Madison Square Garden show, I was on that show," stated Kross. "I don't care who gets mad at that, that's the truth. We had plans to do things. Maybe there is a way to revisit those plans, I'm gonna have to see how I feel about it. I was taken off of the show, and I know I was taken off of it because I have a lot of people who have a lot of love for me. I've never done anybody wrong. Anybody who has tried to do wrong to me, I always find out about it because I don't do wrong to other people. There's a lot of people who live in a delusional, egocentric place where they think they've created these tribalistic groups and cliques. All they're doing is saying one thing, and as soon as you're out of the room, everyone is being informed about the shit they're trying to do. When people find out the entire truth of the situation, they're going to be [frick]ing revolted and my hands are clean."
