Universal Championship Triple-Threat Match Confirmed For The ROYAL RUMBLE

Following the inconclusive outcome of last week's #1 contender match between Kane and Braun Strowman, we now have confirmation that Brock Lesnar will defend his Universal Title against both men at The Rumble.

As RAW kicked-off tonight, Universal Champion Brock Lesnar was joined in the ring by the two men who fought for the #1 contender spot on last week's episode, and GM Kurt Angle was quick to make the official triple-threat Royal Rumble announcement before fists began flying.

As expected, The Champ was the last man standing after the smoke had cleared - but Kane sat right up after an F5, which definitely caught The Beast's attention.

Though these guys will most likely have a very physical bout at The Rumble, it's not a match many fans seem particularly interested in seeing. Or at least, they weren't before tonight.

What do you guys think? Did this altercation succeed in building any hype?
