In recent months, fans have noticed that Impact Wrestling has vastly improved since this time last year and it sounds like they might have Chris Jericho to than for that. Don Callis was brought in to run the company by Anthem Sports & Entertainment CEO Leonard Asper and it's said that came about after Y2J suggested Asper make the hire during a conversation about the company's many missteps.

It's said that the WWE and New Japan Pro Wrestling star told Asper that he should either hire Callis or just shut the company down and things have noticeably improved in a lot of ways since then.

With Callis on board, Impact has cut costs and the show has improved with the recent Slammiversary PPV generating a lot of positive
buzz online. The hope is that they can continue building on this newfound momentum to score a paying TV deal and with Jericho saying on social media that he would be willing to work with Impact, we may have a lot more reasons to tune in in the near future.
